HOMEMADE DRY RUB & BBQ
We use our homemade dry rub marinade that sets for 48 hours. Our BBQ sets for multiple days and all sauces & sides are made from scratch.
CHARCOAL GRILLING
We cook our pit beef, ham, and turkey over charcoal (vs. gas) for a more even and grilled flavor. The beef & coals work together to create our distinguished taste.
